However, in general, most diabetes people can easily control the blood glucose by eating small meals every two or three hours. You also have to control what you consume. Eat many high fiber diet and reduce consuming high carbohydrate and calories food.

There are various studies show that there is a tight relation between diabetes, especially type II diabetes, with overweight and obese. Burning the unwanted fat will help you lowering the blood glucose levels much easier. Increasing the muscle mass will also help you reducing the glucose ranges because it will burn more calories to build the muscle mass.
